Tokens

Tokens belong to the account. They are not owned by individual users or separate workspaces.

What tokens are used for

Paid Lead Intelligence actions can use tokens when LeadsParrot has to add, enrich, verify, or generate data for leads. The app shows the estimated token cost before queueing a paid action.

Lead searches, saved-search reruns, AI column previews, manual lead entry, CSV imports, exports, sending emails, mailbox connection tests, DNS checks, automation webhook processing, and Meta lead imports currently use 0 tokens.

Current token costs

These are the current costs shown by LeadsParrot pricing settings. For bulk jobs, the confirmation dialog may hold estimated tokens first, spend tokens for successful rows, and release unused held tokens for skipped or failed rows.

How holds and final charges work

Some bulk actions reserve estimated tokens before the background job starts. The Activity Log and Tokens page show the hold, the final spend, and any released unused tokens.

  • Lead Finder imports reserve up to the selected import scope, then charge only for new leads that are added.
  • Enrichment jobs reserve based on the selected rows and selected enrichment operation.
  • AI column runs reserve based on the selected model and processable rows.
  • If a queued item is skipped, fails, or does not need processing, unused held tokens are released back to the account balance.

Workspace caps

Workspace token caps are monthly spending caps over the shared account balance. No cap means there is no workspace monthly cap. It does not mean unlimited tokens.

Export token activity

  1. Open Tokens.
  2. Review or filter token activity.
  3. Use the CSV export action when available to your role.
