Users and permissions

Use Users to manage account users, roles, and permissions.

Roles​

LeadsParrot user roles are:

  • Owner
  • Admin
  • Editor
  • Viewer

Owner is reserved for the actual account owner and is not assigned through normal user-management flows.

Account permissions​

Account permissions control account-level areas:

  • Account users
  • Workspaces
  • Tokens
  • Account-level resources
  • Subscription
  • Settings
  • Email & Domain Setup

Permissions decide which account areas a user can access. Role rank still decides whether the user can make changes. For example, a viewer with Full account access can open permitted account pages, but cannot edit settings, transfer ownership, assign resources, or save changes that require write access. Use an editor role, admin role, or owner access when a user needs to change records.

Invite users​

  1. Open Users.
  2. Add one or more email addresses.
  3. Choose a role.
  4. Select explicit account permissions where applicable.
  5. Send the invite.

Pending non-expired invitations reserve seats.

Workspace assignments​

Workspace-specific user assignment is Enterprise-only. Professional grants active account users workspace access through account role to unlocked workspaces.
