Workspaces

Workspaces help organize campaign work by client, brand, project, or audience group.

The capacity summary shows active-slot usage, creation capacity, and the archived count, such as 1 of 4 active workspace slots used · 3 more workspaces can be created · 1 archived. Archived workspaces do not consume active workspace slots. Use Show Archived to view them. Restoring an archived workspace requires an available active slot.

Open Settings from a workspace card to edit its name, description, timezone, and optional conversation label. A workspace label is added alongside configured account and campaign labels for new conversations connected to that workspace. Label-setting changes do not update existing tracked conversations automatically.

Each workspace also has a three-dot options menu. Account members with token-management access can choose Go to token settings to open that workspace's spending-source and monthly-cap settings. Token settings are unavailable for archived workspaces.

Create a workspace​

  1. Open Workspaces.
  2. Review whether your subscription or trial is active and how many workspaces your plan allows.
  3. Click Create workspace.
  4. Enter a workspace name in the dialog.
  5. Add an optional description and choose a timezone.
  6. Click Create workspace in the dialog.

If the account does not have an active subscription or trial, or its workspace limit is reached, the dialog shows the blocking reason without displaying an unusable creation form.

Edit a workspace​

  1. Open Workspaces.
  2. Update the name, description, or timezone.
  3. Save the workspace.

Archive or restore​

Use Show Archived to view archived workspaces and Show Active to return to active workspaces. Each workspace provides an icon-only archive or restore action with a tooltip explaining the action.

Locked workspaces​

Locked workspaces remain visible and readable, but their editing controls are unavailable until the workspace is unlocked.
