Login and access problems

Google sign-in does not complete​

  1. Try signing in again.
  2. Confirm you are using the intended Google account.
  3. If the callback page shows a blocking error, keep the error visible and contact support.

I cannot see an invited account​

  1. Open Collaborations.
  2. Accept the pending invitation.
  3. Use the account switcher to select the accepted collaboration account.

Pending invitations are not switchable accounts.

I cannot edit a page​

Check whether:

  • Your role allows edits.
  • Your explicit account permissions include that product area.
  • The active workspace is locked.
  • The page requires workspace scope.
