Dashboard
The Dashboard is the starting point for understanding email engagement in the active Account or Workspace scope. It combines performance, sending readiness, campaign comparison, and common actions without replacing the detailed operational pages.
Choose a reporting period
Use the date-range control to review the last 7, 30, or 90 days. LeadsParrot compares the selected period with the immediately preceding period of the same length.
The reporting note below the dashboard shows the concrete timezone used to group daily activity.
Performance summary
The top summary shows:
- Emails sent: campaign email messages recorded as sent during the selected period.
- Replies received: inbound replies recorded during the selected period.
- Leads contacted: distinct leads associated with sent campaign emails during the selected period.
- Active campaigns: campaigns currently active in the selected scope.
Percentage changes compare the current value with the preceding period. New activity this period appears when the preceding period had no activity, because a percentage comparison would not be meaningful.
Sending and replies over time
The performance chart separates sent volume and replies so smaller reply counts remain readable. Longer date ranges group daily activity into larger visual intervals; the totals still cover the complete selected period.
If no campaign sending or reply activity exists in the selected period, the Dashboard shows an empty state instead of drawing a zero-value chart.
Operational readiness
Users with Email & Domain Setup permission can see whether email accounts or domains need attention. Each issue card shows its explanation on a full-width line for easier scanning. Select an issue to open the corresponding operational page.
The readiness area also shows how many email accounts are currently ready for sending. Users without the required permission see no account infrastructure details.
Campaign performance
The campaign table ranks up to five campaigns by sent volume for the selected period. It includes:
- Campaign status
- Emails sent
- Replies received
- Leads contacted
- Reply rate
Reply rate is the percentage of contacted leads with a recorded reply in the selected period. Select a campaign name for its detailed workflow, or use View all campaigns for the complete campaign list.
Quick actions
- In Workspace scope, use Create campaign to start a campaign in that workspace.
- In Account scope, users with account-level resource permission can use Find leads.
- View campaigns remains available for users who can read campaigns in the active scope.
Metric availability
The Dashboard displays metrics backed by currently recorded LeadsParrot activity. It does not estimate open rate, click rate, bounce rate, opportunities, or positive replies when those measurements are not available.
