Integrations

Integrations are managed from different app areas depending on what the integration does.

Automation apps

Zapier is available from the Professional plan. Make.com and n8n are available from the Enterprise plan.

Connections are authorized with LeadsParrot OAuth from the external automation app. You do not create or copy automation API keys in LeadsParrot.

Use any of these automation apps to connect LeadsParrot with other tools and:

  • Start workflows when leads are created, enriched, verified, or added to campaigns; when campaign replies arrive; or when the account token balance is running low.
  • Create leads, add leads to campaigns, and check token usage from an automated workflow.
  • Find leads by email or external ID and find campaigns by name for later workflow steps.

Zapmail

Controls for Zapmail accounts that you own or administer live in Account Settings > Domain & DNS Providers. You can add multiple Zapmail accounts, give each connection a display name, and save a separate encrypted API key for each one.

Use Email & Domain Setup to choose one of those connected Zapmail accounts and bind or create a provider workspace. Bound-workspace lists show which provider account each workspace uses.

Managed provisioning also lives in Email & Domain Setup. Zapmail is the managed provider, and email account access is included for purchased inboxes. You do not need to connect your own Zapmail account before making a managed purchase.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare accounts that you own or administer are managed in Account Settings > Domain & DNS Providers, separately from automation-app integrations. This connection is optional and is used only to automate custom email tracking for domains from Connect Existing Email Account. It lets LeadsParrot add and monitor the exact CNAME for a recommended hostname such as track.example.com in the zones you select.

During direct Google email-account setup, use the recommended track.your-domain.com hostname by adding the exact CNAME manually or selecting a matching connected Cloudflare account. Use track.leadsparrot.com when you cannot change DNS. For an existing connection, open Email Accounts and choose its Email tracking status or the domain-specific Email tracking for example.com action. Cloudflare is mapped to the email domain, not separately to every email account, and every connected email account on that domain shares the setting. It is not required for Zapmail-connected or managed domains. Existing Cloudflare DNS is preserved when the connection is disconnected; LeadsParrot switches the domain to manual monitoring.

Account AI providers

An account AI provider is an external AI service that you connect to LeadsParrot with a provider API key. It gives people in the account access to compatible models from that provider inside supported LeadsParrot AI workflows.

Account AI providers are different from LeadsParrot AI:

  • LeadsParrot AI uses LeadsParrot tokens at the displayed rate.
  • Account AI provider models use the API key configured for the account and do not use LeadsParrot tokens. The connected provider may bill the account associated with that API key according to its own pricing and usage terms.

Configure providers and model defaults in Account Settings > AI Providers. For each provider, a user with Account Settings permission can:

  1. Paste and save an API key.
  2. Test whether the provider accepts the key.
  3. Choose the default model for that provider.
  4. Enable the provider so its compatible models appear under Account AI providers in model selectors.
  5. Disable the provider or remove its saved key when access should stop.

The Default background model is used when a supported background AI action does not have a model chosen manually. In workflows that offer a model selector, users can choose LeadsParrot AI or any enabled account AI provider model available to the account.

Provider API keys are encrypted after saving and are not returned to the browser. The UI shows only whether a key is connected and a masked identifier. Removing a key disables that provider until another valid key is saved and enabled.

Account AI provider availability applies across the account, including its workspaces. Access to configure providers follows Account Settings permissions. Before enabling a provider, confirm that its billing, data handling, retention, and usage terms are appropriate for your organization.
