Import Leads

Import Leads provides one workflow with three methods:

  • Add known leads: store data you already have without a lead-data token charge.
  • Find work emails: use waterfall work-email enrichment across 20+ data sources. The live successful-result price appears in token costs by action.
  • Identify by email: preserve the submitted email and add matching lead and company details. The live successful-match price appears in token costs by action.

Personal-email enrichment is not available.

Manual import

Choose a method, choose an existing or new Lead List, and open Manual. Finding a work email requires either a LinkedIn URL or first name, last name, and company name or domain. Identifying a lead requires a valid email address.

CSV or XLSX import

  1. Choose CSV or XLSX file and upload up to 1,000 rows.
  2. Download the method-specific CSV template if you need an example.
  3. Review the automatic header mappings.
  4. Map each source column to a standard lead field, an existing Lead List column, a new custom text column, or Ignore.
  5. Fix duplicate destination mappings and any rows missing required identifiers.
  6. Review the preview and queue the import.

Paid imports reserve the maximum possible token cost. LeadsParrot submits work in batches of up to 100 and charges only successful, non-duplicate results. Unused holds are released.

Progress and overwrite behavior

Paid imports run in the background. Once submitted, they cannot be cancelled because external work may already have spent credits. The process tray shows active work until signed results arrive, and Activity Log keeps terminal history.

Provider-managed values fill empty fields by default. Enable overwrite only when provider-managed values may be refreshed. Manual edits and an existing primary email remain protected. Identify by email always preserves the submitted email as the primary email and stores any returned work email separately.
