Enrichment and AI Columns

Lead Lists support enrichment and AI-assisted columns for selected rows.

Enrich selected leads​

  1. Open a Lead List.
  2. Select one or more rows.
  3. Click Enrich.
  4. Choose the enrichment job available in the dialog.
  5. Confirm the estimated token cost before queueing the job.

Enrichment jobs run in the background and appear in the process tray.

Add a custom column​

  1. Open a Lead List.
  2. Click Add column.
  3. Enter a column label.
  4. Confirm or adjust the generated column key.
  5. Save the column.

Run an AI column​

  1. Open a Lead List.
  2. Click the AI column action.
  3. Choose a new or existing AI column.
  4. Write a prompt using placeholders such as {{first_name}}, {{company_name}}, or {{job_title}}.
  5. Select an account AI provider model when available.
  6. Preview output before queueing a full run.
  7. Confirm the estimated token cost.

Important notes​

  • AI previews are for inspection before running the full job.
  • Full AI column runs are paid background workflows.
  • Token costs depend on the enrichment operation or selected AI model. Review the current token cost table before running bulk jobs.
  • Account AI providers are configured in Settings.
