Subscription and billing

Use Subscription to manage LeadsParrot plan and billing actions.

Plans​

LeadsParrot plan keys are:

  • Solo
  • Professional
  • Enterprise

Plans control account-user seats, workspace limits, and available add-ons.

The public pricing page also includes plan FAQs for common questions about choosing a plan, included tokens, workspace limits, add-ons, and automation integration availability.

Manage subscription​

  1. Open Subscription.
  2. Review the current plan.
  3. Review usage and limits.
  4. Use plan change or add-on controls where available.
  5. Confirm changes in the app before applying them.

Active paid plan changes are backend-owned entitlement changes. They do not use Checkout for normal active paid plan changes.

Billing/contact profile​

Managed provisioning quotes can be requested before the account billing/contact profile is complete. The profile is required before managed provisioning continues to Stripe checkout. If the profile is missing during checkout, LeadsParrot shows the same billing/contact form inline for users with Settings permission; otherwise an account admin with Settings permission must complete it from Settings > Billing.

Notes​

  • Downgrades may require resolving seat or workspace overages first.
  • Workspaces over plan limits can become locked rather than deleted.
  • Token pricing and grants come from backend pricing settings, not frontend hardcoding.
