Sign in and accounts

LeadsParrot uses Google sign-in for the app. After sign-in, the app opens the active account and loads the account/workspace context you can access.

Sign in​

  1. Open the LeadsParrot app.
  2. Choose the Google sign-in option.
  3. Complete the Google authorization screen.
  4. Wait for LeadsParrot to load your session.

If you were invited to another account, the invitation does not automatically switch you into that account. You need to accept the collaboration first.

Switch accounts​

  1. Open the account switcher in the top header.
  2. Review your owned accounts and accepted collaboration accounts.
  3. Select the account you want to use.

Accepted collaboration accounts are switchable only while the collaboration is active.

Accept or decline an invitation​

  1. Open Collaborations from the app sidebar.
  2. Review pending account invitations.
  3. Choose Accept or Decline.

Common mistakes to avoid​

  • Do not expect pending invitations to appear as switchable accounts before they are accepted.
  • Do not use Logout to revoke an account collaboration. Use the Collaborations page when you need to leave a collaboration.
