Lead Finder
Lead Finder is a lead-only search workflow. Company details narrow the leads you find, but Lead Finder does not import companies as standalone records.
Build a search
- Open Lead Finder.
- Open the fixed filter sections for contact details, role history, location, education, company attributes, and result options.
- Enter values in Is any of or Is not any of. Press Enter or type a comma to add each value as a filter chip.
- Choose Similar matches when close wording should match, or Exact matches when the stored value must match exactly.
- For ranges, set a minimum, maximum, or both, choose whether the range is included or excluded, and add more ranges when needed.
- Select Search Leads.
You can filter by names and LinkedIn URLs, locations, languages, skills, universities, current and past roles and companies, seniority, job function, tenure and job changes, company identity, industry, type, headquarters, size, revenue, founding year, specialties, technologies, keywords, and maximum leads per company.
Values inside the same filter category use OR logic. For example, choosing Director and VP returns leads matching either level. Different categories use AND logic. Adding France as a location and Software Development as an industry requires both conditions. Excluded values remove matching results from that category.
Job functions expose their matching subfunctions. Industry, company type, and management-level controls use the current accepted values. Location accepts continents, countries, regions, subregions, cities, or a combined location such as San Francisco, California, United States.
Search is free. Results use 25-lead pages and can continue through as many as 10,000 matches. Search results do not predict whether a work email will be found.
Import results
Select individual leads, the current page, a page range, or the first N leads, then choose an existing Lead List or create one. A first-N import can include up to 10,000 leads. Duplicates and failed additions are not charged. See token costs by action for the live successful-import price.
Save filters
Choose Save Search to keep the current filter set. Applying a saved search replaces the filters in Lead Finder and waits for you to run the search.
