LeadsParrot Assistant in the app

LeadsParrot Assistant is available after you sign in. Open Help & Support, then select LeadsParrot Assistant.

Choose how the assistant should help

  • General LeadsParrot help answers from the published Help Guide. It does not inspect your account.
  • Help with my account combines Help Guide guidance with current account data that your role and permissions allow you to view.

If a general question needs current account context, the assistant asks whether you want to enable account access. Select Not now to receive the best documentation-only answer available.

The chatbot shows an account-access and privacy notice beneath its header. It explains that account access is read-only and permission-limited, asks you to avoid credentials or sensitive data, and explains that detected contact details, IDs, and secrets are redacted before AI processing. Use Privacy details to open the privacy policy in a new tab. Select I understand to dismiss the notice for the rest of the browser session. The acknowledgement is shared with the Help Guide chatbot, including across tabs. New chat, reload, and switching between the two assistants do not show the notice again during that browser session.

Account-data approval

Account access is off until you select Allow for this chat. The approval applies only to the current account and conversation. It permits read-only access to relevant data you can already view, which may include leads, messages, users, settings, subscription information, and operational records sent to OpenAI for answering the question.

The assistant cannot create, edit, launch, pause, send, synchronize, verify, purchase, or spend tokens. Credentials, provider secrets, payment-card data, and raw provider payloads are not available to it.

Permission checks still apply to every data request:

  • Account permissions control account-level data.
  • Workspace roles control workspace data.
  • The assistant can inspect only the current account and workspaces you can read.
  • It does not reveal whether inaccessible records exist.

When you ask why a campaign audience is empty or incomplete, the assistant can inspect the campaign's connected Lead Lists, imported campaign-lead count, audience synchronization status, skipped-row summary, and latest audience synchronization result. It distinguishes the number of rows in a Lead List from the number of campaign-ready leads. For example, rows without revealed email addresses can remain in a connected Lead List while being skipped from the campaign audience.

The status chip directly above the question box always shows Account data access: on or Account data access: off. When access is on, select the chip to end access and start a clean documentation-only chat. The keyboard shortcut appears on the same row.

Conversation controls and storage

The minus button minimizes the assistant without clearing it. Reopening a minimized chatbot automatically scrolls the conversation to the latest question and answer. New chat clears messages, drafts, unsent feedback, and account-data approval without resetting the usage allowance.

Select the send button, or press Ctrl+Enter on Windows/Linux or Command+Enter on macOS, to submit a question.

The app chatbot has exactly 70 predefined General questions and exactly 70 predefined Account questions. It randomly shows four unique suggestions from the selected mode for each fresh chat. Starting a new chat selects another random set of four.

Selecting a predefined question hides all four suggestions, places the selected question in the input box, and submits it immediately. The question remains visible there while the parrot is processing it. It clears after a successful answer and remains available for retry if the request fails.

Typing your own question and selecting the send icon, or using the keyboard shortcut, also hides all four suggestions as soon as processing starts. Suggestions return only when you start a new chat.

When an answer appears, the conversation automatically scrolls so your newest question is aligned at the top of the conversation area and the answer follows beneath it.

While an answer is being prepared, the centered LeadsParrot bot icon appears with The parrot is thinking... beneath it.

Answers are written in English Markdown. Account record names and titles, including campaigns, workspaces, lead lists, templates, domains, email accounts, and users, are bold whenever they appear. Value labels are also bold. Ordered procedures use numbered lists, while two or more facts, records, statuses, values, warnings, or results use bullet lists with one item per line. Separate information is not compressed into a run-on paragraph.

Every account record name is accompanied by its record type in the same phrase, such as campaign Spring Outreach, the Wellness And Fitness - English Countries Lead List, domain example.com, workspace Sales, or email account [email protected]. This keeps record titles clear when names could otherwise be ambiguous.

Sources are rendered separately below the answer. Internal source IDs, provider citation markers, and leaked source-label fragments are removed from answer text before display.

Account answers use readable names, titles, labels, email addresses, and domain names instead of raw IDs. Record IDs, UUIDs, source IDs, citation IDs, and other opaque identifiers are not shown. When a record has no readable name, the assistant describes its type without exposing its ID.

The current conversation and signed approval are stored in browser session storage for the current tab. Reloading restores them. New chat, logout, switching accounts, or closing the tab clears them.

Help Guide sources open in a new tab. Account-data sources open the matching LeadsParrot page and minimize the assistant.

The assistant lists each source destination once. Email & Domain Setup results use the same domain icon as the app navigation, and the assistant refers to the summary as the Email & Domain Setup overview. In the app sidebar, Email & Domain Setup appears in the Email & Domains group.

Feedback

Select No beneath an answer to review a server-sanitized feedback preview. Detected contact details, identifiers, message content, credentials, and other sensitive values are removed. Nothing is sent until you select Send feedback. An optional reply email is used only for that feedback and is not sent to OpenAI.

For assistance that requires a person, use the contact support workflow. When an Assistant source opens a signed-in product page, LeadsParrot includes the source resource's account or workspace context. If a source has no resource-specific scope, it uses the activeScope and activeScopeId from the page where you opened the Assistant. Destination filters and campaign tab hashes remain intact.
