Token activity, permissions, and blocked actions

Token activity groups holds, charges, releases, refunds, expiry, bucket additions and returns, purchases, and auto-recharge outcomes. Open an activity to inspect its ledger entries. CSV export uses the active filters and includes source and workspace context.

Common blocks include:

  • Insufficient shared balance: return unused bucket tokens, buy a pack, or wait for a grant.
  • Workspace bucket empty: add tokens or deliberately change the workspace to shared spending. There is no automatic fallback.
  • Monthly cap reached: wait for the UTC monthly reset or ask a token administrator to raise the cap.
  • Active bucket holds: wait for running work to settle before returning all bucket tokens, switching source, or archiving.
  • Auto-recharge suspended: restore an active paid subscription and default payment method.
  • Price approval required: review and approve the currently displayed pack price.
  • Monthly safeguard reached: wait for the next UTC month or revise the safeguard for future cycles.

Users need the Tokens account permission to manage these settings. A user with token access still sees only workspace events for workspaces they may access. Token activity filters and pagination are stored in the browser URL. Copying the URL preserves date, action, status, account or workspace, and page selections for authorized users.
